Head of Marketing (iGaming, US Market)

Location: Remote (Europe, Eastern Europe, Caucasus Region & Surrounding countries)

We're looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts in the dynamic iGaming, SaaS, and US sweepstakes casino sectors. You'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, covering all aspects of digital marketing, branding, and communications across iGaming, SaaS, and sweepstakes casino verticals.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Oversee and optimize SEO strategies, ensuring strong organic search performance and leading keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO initiatives.
• Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Collaborate closely with product, sales, and technology teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and consistent brand messaging.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
• Identify and implement new marketing technologies and platforms to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices in all operating segments.

Requirements

• Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior marketing leadership role.
• A minimum of 4 years of direct, hands-on experience in the US Sweepstakes
• Casino segment and/or Social Casino segment is a MUST.
• Demonstrated experience in marketing SaaS products is also a critical requirement.
• Strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive significant growth across diverse digital landscapes, including iGaming, SaaS, and sweepstakes/social casino.
• Demonstrated experience in marketing for sweepstakes models, specifically with platforms like , McLuck, or Crown Casino.
• Experience navigating and optimizing marketing strategies for unregulated sweepstakes platforms, such as BitBetWin, is highly desirable.
• Deep expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing teams.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong understanding of iGaming, sweepstakes, social casino, and SaaS trends, player/user behavior, and regulatory landscapes across various regions,particularly the US market.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Advanced English is a must
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
