Legal Counsel
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements, including those with software providers, payment service providers, and affiliates.
- Providing legal advice on corporate governance matters and supporting the Board of Directors.
- Ensuring compliance with iGaming regulations across multiple jurisdictions, including licensing requirements.
- Managing KYC/AML procedures and liaising with financial institutions for account openings.
- Conducting legal research on international tax structuring and regulatory changes affecting the iGaming industry.
Requirements:
- A Law degree from a reputable university; admission to the Bar is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a legal role within the iGaming or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, international tax regulations, and compliance standards.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with proficiency in legal terminology.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
