HR Administrator

The HR Administrator will form an integral part of the business, reporting into the HR Manager. Being a point of contact for all employees, the ideal candidate must possess a high level of integrity, be energetic and charismatic with a flair to work with people. The role of the HR Administrator is to manage all administration work surrounding the various HR processes within the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Lead general HR administrative tasks

• Prepare HR documents, employment contracts and any relevant documentation

• Assist in the recruitment process (including working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to find and secure the required roles for the business)

• Assist in the onboarding process for new starters

• Liaise with IT and the Office Manager to organise equipment, system log-ins, email addresses and ensuring completion for new employees on their commencement date.

• Handle the process of work permit applications and renewals

• Create and maintain confidential employee files, both physically and electronically, using the company’s HRIS.

• Attend confidential HR related meetings as the minute-taker.

• Enforce HR Policies

• Coordination of payroll, liaising with the Finance team

• Coordinate employee training needs

• Leave entitlement management

• Assist with employee queries’ or concerns

• Manage company social events together with the Office Manager and maintain the company culture

• Assist the HR manager with ad-hoc tasks

The ideal candidate must have:

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role

• Excellent communication skills with a high level of English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of Turkish language is considered an asset

• Basic knowledge of Maltese employment law

• Experience working with an HRIS, particularly BambooHR is considered an asset

• Ability to work independently, without supervision

• Ability to multitask and think quickly in a fast-paced environment

• Highly motivated, with excellent team working skills and the willingness to take on additional tasks when needed to help our teams grow

• Experience in the online gaming industry is considered an asset
