HR Information Security Analyst

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing and supporting HR systems including HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other related systems.

  • Collaborating with HR stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and translate them into system configurations and solutions.
  • Providing regular training to HR employees on using HR systems more effectively.
  • Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to align HR Continuous Improvement initiatives with broader organizational goals.
  • Creating optimization, automation, and efficiencies through scripts or other tools.
  • Ensuring enhancements are optimally designed, configured, and work well within the organization's systems infrastructure.
  • Developing test cases to support testing of HR solutions.
  • Driving product maintenance and enhancement releases across the different HR functions.
  • Ensuring data integrity and accuracy in HR systems by conducting regular data quality checks.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging HR solutions to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to leverage HR analytics and insights to support decision-making.
  • Maintaining and creating new reports/dashboards in Power BI aligned with business needs.
  • Developing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and documentation related to systems.
  • Building and maintaining professional relationship with other functions within the organization.

What should you have?

A minimum of three (3) years proven experience in HR systems management and support (HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other HR systems)

  • be communicative, engaging and able to influence others
  • be highly responsible, committed and able to deliver on time.
  • hold strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain data integrity
