Sportsbook and Casino CRM Manager - Brazil

Location: Lisbon (Portugal)

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute CRM strategies tailored to the Brazilian market, focusing on customer retention, loyalty programs, and personalised marketing campaigns.

● Analyse customer behaviour data to identify trends and opportunities for engagement and upselling.

● Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted promotions and communications that resonate with Brazilian customers.

● Manage the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to reactivation, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

● Measure the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and adjust strategies based on performance data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Proven experience in CRM, with a focus on sportsbook and casino industries, preferably in the Brazilian market.

● Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Portuguese and English.

● Deep understanding of the Brazilian sports betting and casino landscape, including consumer behaviour and regulatory requirements.
